– The Island Escape Voucher is valid from April 14, 2025, and is applicable for up to 2 adults and 2 children under 13.
– The included complimentary voucher, with a value of 1,000,000 VND, is exclusively redeemable for Food and Beverage services. Unused amounts are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. Customers will be required to pay for any amount exceeding the voucher value.
– The voucher is valid for redemption on the date indicated; no extensions or refunds after expiration. The voucher can be redeemed at Salt ‘n’ Pepper, Beach House – Beach Club, Coconutz Bar, and The Lighthouse Bar. Not valid at Mad Cow Wine & Grill or for room service.
– Availability of the voucher may vary based on operational needs, with no prior notice
