Blackout Dates
Bookings and services are not available on Christmas Eve (24 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December). No reservations or services may be confirmed for these dates.
Availability & Surcharge for Peak Dates
- All bookings and services are subject to availability and shall be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the booking request and confirmation from the Resort.
- A 30% surcharge will apply to all applicable services booked during the designated peak period.
- Advance booking is highly recommended, as availability may be limited during peak periods and bookings are not considered confirmed until written confirmation has been provided by the Resort.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in Vietnam Dong and exclusive of 5% service charge and prevailing tax.
